Orders placed online are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. 

Shipping

Free shipping for all US orders over $100.

Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from the ship date. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you would like to add insurance or signature confirmation on your package, please email hello@francesjaye.com - additional fees may apply. Frances Jaye is not responsible for delays, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges

Frances Jaye offers returns and exchanges for items in new and unworn condition with tags attached and original receipt within 14 days of purchase. All return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. 

After 14 days, items may be returned for store credit or exchange for up to 30 days of the original purchase.

* Sale merchandise, apothecary, personal fragrances, intimates and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

To begin a return, please contact our sales team at hello@francesjaye.com with your order number and reason for return, along with with tracking/confirmation for the package. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged with all original tags, packaging, etc and include a note with your order number and email address. Please ship your package to:

Frances Jaye cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Once we receive your return, a member from our sales team will review your order. Upon approval, your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs. Frances Jaye is not responsible for return shipping costs.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed. Frances Jaye reserves the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
