Frances Jaye allows returns for items that are unworn, have tags attached, and include the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.

To accommodate the holiday season, we are extending our exchange policy.

Any gifts purchases in November or December can be exchanged or returned for store credit through January 2026.

However, our standard refund policy remains unchanged at 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns must be initiated and shipped back to Frances Jaye within 14 days of delivery.
