Frances Jaye accepts returns of unworn items with tags attached and the original receipt.

Returns made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns made 15–30 days after purchase are eligible for store credit or exchange.

ONLINE RETURNS

Frances Jaye accepts returns of unworn items with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns postmarked 15–30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit or exchange.

To begin a return, email hello@francesjaye.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use their preferred carrier. Please include your order number in the package and ship it to:

Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

FINAL SALE

Sale merchandise, apothecary items, vintage products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
