Returns + Exchanges
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
Frances Jaye allows returns for items that are unworn, have tags attached, and include the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. To accommodate the holiday season, we are extending our exchange policy. Any gifts purchased in November or December can be exchanged or returned for store credit through January 2025. However, our standard refund policy remains unchanged at 14 days from the date of purchase.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
Frances Jaye will refund non-sale items within 14 days of original purchase date. To begin an online return, please contact us at hello@francesjaye.com with your order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Frances Jaye through your preferred carrier. Please ship your package to:

Frances Jaye is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Once we receive your return, a member from our sales team will review your order. Upon approval, your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs.
