We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy, simply return your purchase unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition within 14 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs.
For purchases returned to Frances Jaye between 14 and 30 days of the original purchase, store credit will be issued.
All sale merchandise is final sale.
Returns are processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
