Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship within the 1-2 business days following.
At this time, Frances Jaye only ships domestically. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and generally arrive within 2-5 business days from the date they were shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped to the address provided, Frances Jaye is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. If you’d like to add insurance or signature confirmation on your package please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Michigan only.
You can view and track your order status by signing into your account and selecting purchase history. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email once your oder has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.
If you would like to pick your order up at our Holland store, please use code “INSTORE” so you will not be charged shipping. Your order must be picked up within 7 days of ordering. Online confirmation of order must be present for pick up. Anything ordered after 3 p.m. EST will result in next business day processing. Please call (616) 546-2671 if you need pick up sooner than next day and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy, simply return the regular priced items in its original condition within 14 days of post-marked date for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Returns are processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be sure to add a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

To return your online purchase to the store, you must bring in your packing slip receipt or we will not be able to process the return.

All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original shipped date. Items sent back for exchange will be shipped at our cost. Original postage and return postage charges are not refundable.

Frances Jaye gift cards may be purchased online and are redeemable in-store and online. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Gift cards expire a year from the date they are issued.
Our sizing chart has been provided as a general guide for determining fit. In addition, we try to include accurate and detailed information regarding fit and measurements for each item in the product description. Please keep in mind, however, that sizing can vary between brands. If you are having difficulty selecting a size or are between sizes, we’d be glad to answer any questions you might have.
